Diminished Responsibility Films

A collective of creatives who sometimes make videos when not changing the world... for the gooder.

Based in Cardiff, but with regular contributors stationed all over the UK, we are a motley crew of animators, actors, cameramen, designers, illustrators, writers and whoever is available on the day - who get together every now and again to hurriedly knock out a video for a bit of fun.
